iPhone Adult Content?

It seems like everyone these days has a problem with Apple’s vetting process for the iTunes apps store, whether it’s the censorship of Trent Reznor’s Nine Inch Nails app or the release of that unfortunate baby-shaking game. When the iPhone 3.0 is released with built-in parental controls, though, Apple may no longer enforce an all-or-nothing policy for the store. The latest version of the iPhone software will feature a number of parental-control levels, including 4+, 9+, 12+, and 17+. After the announcement of the new OS, Apple has gone through the trouble of letting certain formerly rejected app manufacturers know that they may want to resubmit their apps.
